Its a real shame that the app is not compatible with VoiceOver… especially when one knows how easy it is to build an app compatible with voiceover!

Quick easy booking; however new app has fatal flaws - it doesnt provide a quote before confirming the booking anymore in this new version and youre unable to cancel without calling. Please update this app.

App is a good update. Does what it says on the tin. Easy to use and simple. And I can pre-book with a fixed price. Nice work.

I am an account customer. Every time the App is updated (which has been often recently) I cant login - my account details are not recognised. Calling the customs help number doesnt help, as nobody knows anything about the App. Why does this keep happening? The App used to work really well but now it cant recognise a longtime corporate user. Pretty ridiculous.

I look this app very much because it is useful and look clean. I can book in a minute.

Tried to update credit card info and found US isnt included in country menu. Called customer service a few times and so far have not found them effective in solving the issue.

No support for international phone numbers. Switched to UK number, never got a text. Took Uber.

Drivers are always on time (often a little early), they are courteous and know their way around. The fee is set when you book so you know exactly how much you will pay. Cars are really clean. My daughter recommended them to me and she was right!

Very good, except the map positions are not really accurate sometimes when i try to pick my current location. Other than that, all is good and easy.

Nice app, but credit card storage is not working properly. So still using old app...more reliable.
